Top of Texas Trolley was founded in the summer of 2024 by Amarillo entrepreneur CC Combs with one bus & a dream. Starting out by looking for ways on  how to provide a safe means of transportation for the celebrations & parties around his community, Top of Texas Trolley was born.

Our mission is to transform your journey into an unforgettable celebration. We’re bringing back the old-school cool of trolley buses with the modern vibes of today inside, we offer to bring a unique take on recreational travel. Our commitment to exceptional service, convenience, & safety means every ride with us is always more than just transportation, it’s an experience on wheels.
